Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Every Detail, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we require a deposit for all appointments. Please review our deposit and cancellation policy below:

Deposit Requirement

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure any appointment.
  • The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Rescheduling & Refunds

More than 24 hours before your appointment:

  • You may reschedule, and the full deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
  • If you choose to cancel, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Within 24 hours of your appointment:

  • The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
